Apple fixed these zero-days by releasing security updates as soon it got noticed. It was a vulnerability that used to bypass macOS security defenses. What is Zero-day? A zero-day is a software vulnerability that can creat a complicated problem before anyone notices. In fact it leaves no opportunity for detection. Jamf during research into XCSSET malware discovered it in 2020. Further, researchers at Jamf found something related to it taking screenshots secretly on mac.
