FCC considers new rules to stop the scammers from hijacking the cell phone.

 SIM swapping and port-out fraud can be fatal to your personal information. The FCC is looking for new rules to amend for the tightening security around your data and phones in order to prevent the sim swapping and port out frauds in which fraudsters can access the personal information and phone number for nefarious purposes. The agency revealed that it has received numerous complaints from the consumers and has suffered financial harm and significant distress due to this. Sim swapping is when someone hijacks your phone number to interfere with the two-factor authentication code(which you use to verify login access or account access). The anonymous access the phones and sends the data to the other device without the user's consent and permissions and they even won't know that their data are exposed. Nokia G20 Launched in India

 Here's the new budget-friendly device launched by Nokia G20 with the massive battery backup for which the HMD Global claims it'll last for three days.


Highlights:

  • 48 MP camera sensor.
  • NFC at this price.
  • Launched with single 4GB RAM option.

Nokia G20 comes in two colors packed with quad rear cameras and a selfie camera with a notch. The phone comes with an octa-core processor. The company claims it to last for three days on a single charge. This device is powered with 4 gigs of RAM and 64 gigs of inbuilt storage. The phone will be available on Amazon India and Nokia India for sale from 7th July 2021. 

Specifications-

This device runs on Android 11 with two years of updates as promised by HMD Global. It has 6.51 inches of HD+ display with an aspect ratio of 20:9. This is powered with MediaTek Helio G35 SoC with 4 gigs of RAM and 64 gigs of inbuilt storage and can be expanded to 512GB with an SD card.
If we talk about the camera then it has a quad rear camera setup which has 48MPs with an f/1.79 lens, a 5 MPs camera sensor with an ultra-wide-angle lens, a 2 MPs macro shooter. and a 2MPs depth sensor. It has an 8 MPs front camera.
Connectivity options include Wi-fi, 4G, BT, GPS, NFC, 3.5mm headphone jack, and USB Type-C port for charging. Moving further with the sensors it has all you need like proximity, accelerometer, ambient light sensor, and gyroscope. It has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor as well. This has a massive battery of 5,050 mAh battery. 

So this is all about the specification about it. Now comes the question of whether you should go for it or not. So if you have been a fan of Nokia then obviously you can go for it. This phone could get better if it would have got at least an FHD+ IPS LCD display but we have got an HD+ display which will not disappoint the basic users but might affect when you'll be doing the basic gaming and all. Although this phone is not intended for gaming so don't expect a lot from it. At the same point if I view the Redmi Note 10 as the biggest competitor to it which for sure defeats it in terms of display and processor. So, HMD Global has to work hard to get better returns. 
The history of Nokia has been an epic but the present I don't know what to say. If we compare its previous generation phones there were no comparisons.

 Apple Inc. WWDC coming up fast with a new shot of presentation on 7th June at 1PM ET. It'll be organized purely digital as last year due to the COVID-19 pandemic, so we can again expect something great from the tech giant.  Apple's gonna work on some notable changes in iOS, iPad, macOS, and other operating systems as well.
